This is the first time I ordered anything from them. All I ordered was three chocolate croissants. The taste and the freshness was great. The size was perfect and there was enough chocolate to fulfill any lovers appetite. Would definitely order again.

First time trying Panera Bread. It wasn't horrible but it was not great either. No flavor to the Mac & Cheese. The price for half of a sandwich is outrageous. The Steak and white cheddar Sandwich fit in the palm of my hand, it was very disappointing. I feel like if you pay that much money, a decent quantity is to be expected.

Greek Salad - Salads are now served/ delivered in much smaller bowls (same prices though).
Bacon Turkey Bravo® sandwich - the bacon 🥓 is sooo thin and sparse, you can hardly see it or taste it on the sandwich.
Panera, please do better.

If I could rate it a minus 0, I would. The ENTIRE meal was a bust! The Greek salad had the wrong dressing - not what I requested. It had four black olives, a sparse amount of cheese, peppers, and three thin slices of purple onions.
The BLT sandwich was an utter disappointment. One and a half slice of bacon 🥓 for the whole sandwich that head enough mayonnaise on the bread and all over the wrapper. The sandwich was nothing but a cup and a half of salad greens a mayonnaise; nothing to be eaten - had to throw it away! So, I'm so disappointed 😞 with Panera and their wasting my money! Panera is too HIGH for what they serve! I will think long and hard about giving them my money from here on. Also, I asked for an apple with my delivery meal earlier in the week. Well, the apple was old, shriveled, wrinkled, and the size of a golf ball. I threw it out as the squirrels did not even want it. DO BETTER PANERA!!

Confused at 4.7 rating when I read so many bad reviews. My last order from here convinced me to never order from here again. Missing items, smallest half sandwich ive ever seen, cup of soup was half empty. Overcharged and bland. No thanks
