5 stars for Panera. First order I placed was "stolen" by the Dasher, according to the DoorDash rep who, after I had received a text containing a picture of my order in the bag with receipt attached, called to tell me my order had been cancelled and they thought the first Dasher stole it. (??) I then reordered. Panera was wonderful, though...someone there put a sweet note in my bag to explain that they were out of the pastry item I ordered and, since they couldn't communicate with the second Dasher due to a language barrier, had replaced it with two other choices. Very sweet and thoughtful. Panera has always been a favorite. Great, fresh salad, well made with quality ingredients, at a much more reasonable price than lots of other local choices. Have never gone wrong with Panera.

I get 2 things from Panera and they're Blueberry Muffins & the Ciabatta CheeseSteak Sandwich. I am absolutely in love with this combination. They make both of them very, very well and they are amazingly good, tasting undeniably wonderful. I recommend both options, trust me you'll love them both!

Very disappointed hardly no chicken on the flatbread tomatoes were not even ripe and the bread that came with soup was not a french baguette was soft and not crusty like it used to be. Total waste of 32.00

A giant bowl of Mac n Cheese with a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich is the best!! Always hot and my order has never been wrong!!

drink had no protective covering. top was wide open. drink was very bland and only half full. tasted like watered down chocolate milk. horibler. Sandwich is half the size it used to be.2 little slices of chicken, no basil at all. Ridiculous!The potato soup was horrable.had pieces of fat floating in it No potatoes!!! not 1 potato! asked for chips, got bread. Panera has gone to Hell!
