The drink is so flavorful! The sandwich is full of flavor and is absolutely delicious! The salad was great because I got extra dressing and they followed through! 😋

the souffle was NOT a souffle, it was a poured egg , like an oversized egg bite. also VERY salty. it ended up in the trash
I have been ordering this from the Mall location since it started and never had it look or taste like this.

Missing silverware and napkins - especially with soup - was disappointing since I'm staying in town at a hotel for the week. The grilled cheese also did not show evidence of being grilled and was basically a large amount of melted cheese between soft bread...also disappointing. I love Panera and have always thought locations to be very consistent when traveling.

Changed packaging for the Cesar salad and it had popped open by the time I got back to the office. It also seemed to have a bunch of old lettuce ribs in it with browning edges and it looked like I got the bottom of the bag plus a couple leaves. Also they changed the dressing container and it is now smaller and I can't add another to the order.
