Soup/Mac and Salad was actually really good. The small portions filled me up even without the bread and I am a big meat eater(carnivorous carnivore:) if I ever want to kickstart a diet I know where to start.

I was very skeptical to order after last horrible experience (micro portioned salad, burnt cookie) but this time the cookie was fresh and the salad was very well portioned

Store location took a very long time to have it ready, Chocolate Chip Bagel was slightly on the burnt side, and the Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta was thrown together sloppily with a very stingy amount of bacon and cheese.

I spend $26 on a group chicken noodle soup order. I received one medium container of soup and no bread even though it made me choose the 4 loaves as a side. Door dash offered me $6 refund. This is the second time I have had an order issue from Panera Bread in 2 weeks.

Service was awful. We went to pick up our order. 2 ladies working the DoorDash area ignored my husband. He checked the rapid pick area for our order that said it was ready. Wasn't there after 15 minutes of waiting in line to talk to a cashier he grumpily grabs that bag that had been sitting on the back counter... our food was cold. My "avocado toast" looked nothing like advertised and was soaked by the beefsteak tomatoes they slapped on it. Almond croissant was pale, no almost and looked nothing like the advertisement. On top of that they forgot my fruit cup. Moved location and lost all customer service.
