I absolutely love their crunchy cinnamon bagels with Reduced Fat Honey Walnut Cream Cheese! My Everything bagels were so fresh!

Although the salads are good, you get a lot less than what you used to get (at least at our local restaurant). The food was already overpriced but now it's ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I no longer order from there frequently like I used to.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup not good. Soup taste like it was out of a can and the grilled cheese is made w American Cheese! I expect better quality from Panera for these 2 items!

Chili was terrible unfortunately...very thick like out of a can. I used to love their chili, couldn't eat it and too spicy, nothing but mush.

Every single time I order something is wrong and this time every single item was incorrect in some way. The sandwich fit in the palm of my hand and the soup was the wrong size. Every time I order a side baguette it never arrives. Food itself is great but the service is horrible every single time.
