Loved the little lemon bundt cake, but not crazy about the sandwich. It kinda got soggy when the delivery driver spent almost 20 min at his first stop. Loved the soup.

The chicken soup only had 3 spoonfuls of noodle and/ or veggies. It was a cup full of broth. That's ridiculous, as it costs so much.

I am so sad that panera has made the salads so much smaller. I purchased a NEW Harvest Medley Chicken Salad,it was $15 it was so small. It was delicious but too small for $15. Either reduce the portions or raise the price do not do both.

I’m concerned about the packaging from Panera Bread. The food was not sealed or protected in a way that gave me confidence it remained untouched during transit. Because the contents were exposed, there’s no way to know what may have happened between pickup and delivery, which raises health and food safety concerns. I would appreciate Panera improving its packaging and using tamper-evident seals to better protect customers’ orders.

Food was good, but the creamy tomato soup was maybe 1/4 full in the cup. Disappointed in that.
