Broccoli Cheddar Soup was a bit thin today. Portion seems small for value.

Food was missing and the salad portion was laughable for 10 dollars. Very clearly canned fruit haphazardly tossed in with some old lettuce in a cheap plastic container.
Panera has either gone downhill in general, or this store just doesn't care anymore.

Awful experience as almost always. This was pickup from their window. Watery Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soupand not even a half a sandwich. Trashed it and ate elsewhere.
This place is too damn expensive for the crap they serve.

The Garden Avo & Egg White Sandwich was extremely disappointing. Nothing like the picture which looks like a substantial sandwich full of fresh ingredients. What arrived was flat, with one piece of hard avocado and some small tomato slices. Won't order again

Was out of things such as the Pumpkin Cookie 6-Pack. Substituted it with chocolate cookies but they were raw and one was a rainbow m&m cookie. The order took FOREVER. The dasher had to wait way too long for the order. Took about an hour for the food to arrive and we live not 5min from the store. The Grilled Cheese & Creamy Tomato Soup and Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup were alright but the whole meal for 4 was not worth $70. Way over priced for what you get. Should have been $40 at most.
