The food is always excellent. I usually order a caramel latte...my fave, but decided to be different today. They have by far the best service. I ordered a blueberry bagel last time and they noted on the receipt that they were out. I didn't even notice until way later that they sent a cash refund for the item they were out of. They don't have my french onion soup today, but I'd forgotten how great the chicken and wild rice is.

Bagel cut so thin top was not able to put crème cheese on and stuck to napkins

The bagel was stuck to the napkin so all the cinnamon was removed to the napkin ruined it
