I typically love Panera, & wouldn't be able to find a negative thing to say... however, I was very disappointed with this particular order. For one thing, the "family size" soup had literally almost NO noodles, chicken, or vegetables.. only the first 2 bowls had even the tiniest amount... the last 3/4 of the container was STRICTLY broth.. no exaggeration! My sandwich was made with the bread "ends", which made it very hard to bite into/chew. The salad didn't provide enough dressing to cover the whole thing. Also, they forgot my drink entirely. I would say the issue is that the later in the day it gets/closer to closing, they start running out of certain things. It makes sense, however, it's still no excuse. They should uphold their quality standards no matter what time of day. After all, they charge the same amount to the earlier customers who get their order done right as they did for mine that felt subsequently less than sub-par... am I right?!

I am trying to be vegan, they put Greek yogurt, instead of the lemon Tahini dressing and no arugula. The bowl is super small. I paid 12 bucks for this ?

After ordering my dasher waited over an hour at the restaurant. After the hour, they informed him they were out of an item and offered to replace it with a less expensive item. Not sure what they were doing for that entire 70 minutes.

This is the second time I've ordered Panera to deliver in the past 3 months. And this is the second time they failed to bring 80% of my order. We ordered 3 bread bowls and one sandwich. They only brought the sandwich and bread bowls but none of the actual soup. Ugh.
