Food is amazing, the broccoli cheddar soup is outstanding, the strawberry banana smoothie is divine. Their bagels are 10/10. Their customer service is phenomenal. They were out of one of the types of bagels I ordered, so they replaced it with another type I ordered and threw in extra.

Quality of food not as good as it used to be. The $9 tiny grilled cheese is not even grilled. Like a kid took cheese and popped it in the microwave and made it themself. I could have done that at home. Food not worth the price.

I paid $15 for 3 bites of this Caesar Salad. How scammy to give this amount of food for $15... it wasnt even good.

The NEW Chicken Bacon Rancher did not have any bacon on it. My order had a small amount of chicken on it, but it was good. It honestly looked & tasted like a chicken sandwich. The Bistro French Onion Soup was concentrated, meaning salty. For $60, the expectation was high I guess.

I have to be honest... the past couple times I've ordered from here(referring to AM orders only)there would be something(s) off about the order. This morning was different. Although the order wasn't complex (half dozen bagels and plain cream cheese- very tasty btw ), the individual who put my order together bagged the bagels in a plastic bag first before placing it in the (open to the elements) brown paper Panera delivery bag. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal, but (based off experience) you'd be surprised what the repercussions of exposed food while in route to you via delivery can be. I know using additional waste and plastics are not ideal, but in this case I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the extra protection to preserve the freshness and sanitation of the bagels. Long story short- details matter. Thank you!
