My order was missing the bread that was supposed to accompany both soups. Also it would be good if the delivery bag was somehow secured with stickers or something, instead of wide open. The food was delicious and I'm happy that brownies were offered this time. The soups were super tasty and the Napa almond chicken sandwich hit the spot. Thanks!

Very disappointing. Soup was primarily broth with very few vegetables.chicken sandwich had very little chicken. We didn't want vegetables on sandwich, and the amount of chicken was minimal. Ordered a half salad and compared to other stores, this would be considered a half of a side salad. Almost $40 for a bad meal.

Tomato Basil BLT literally had 2 slices of bacon and the bread was stale. Like really stale. I've gotten this sandwich several times in the last couple weeks and NEVER was it like this. I ordered a whole ended up putting my four little half slices of bacon on 1/2 the bread and ate that. So, paid for whole, really got half. I'll stick with the Washington Ave extension one or the Clifton park one. This was gross

I love Panera but the prices have gotten way too high. I did like the sale on the Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich. it was ok, but the grocery store chicken salad sandwiches are better and less expensive. I also got a Brownie Cheesecake Bite andit smelled rottenand tasted rotten. I was also very disappointed in the size of it. It was a tiny two bite brownie. I might just stop buying Panera's food. For the price of a meal you could buy a large pizza and have 3 meals. They also took my favorite steak sandwich off the menu, and it was really the only reason I was going there - the steak and white cheddar sandwich with the horseradish mayo. I would add arugula lettuce. It was so good. Now they don't even have arugula.

Haven't ordered from here in a long time, now I remember why. Portions and the skimping of all ingredients. The Italian Steak & Mozz was tasty but hardly anything between the bread(not worth the price)
The Caesar Salad is also not worth it.
