Today I tried the Cuernito Sandwich. Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time. The croissant was light and flaky, egg perfectly cooked. Great flavor! Last week I tried the chicken sandwich and it was also amazing! My coworkers kept complimenting the smell of the food as they walked by. Don't walk, run to this place and try their food! It's delicious!
I would've added a photo, but I forgot to take one.
The Hilo is also amazing, I only took one bite because I'm saving it for later, but it's good!

Y'all. This place is LEGIT. The Chicken Sandwich is the best sandwich in the Twin Cities and I will die on that hill. I don't know how they do it. They are wizards. I also tried the Roasted potato this time, and they were excellent! Crispy and well-seasoned.

Bolillo Relleno/Savory Bolillo was SO GOOD. Huge for the price and so flavorful. Popped in the oven for a few minutes and it was perfect.

Best tres leches cake ever. Fresh strawberries in the middle were my favorite, the whole 3leches cake (grande) was delicious and perfect. Big too. Well worth the price!

New favorite meal: the Cuernito Sandwich! Portion was huge, with bread better than a croissant: light, fluffy, with a buttery crust. Perfect balance of bacon, lettuce & egg over easy. "Over easy" was fully on point & exceptional for delivery.
Conchas (vanilla) was like a donut but more subtly sweet, very fresh and delicious.
Puerquitos was like a molasses cookie, made for dipping in morning coffee.
Sangria is bottled n/a soda treat.
Empanada was very good, it's winter and the fresh strawberries taste like summer.
I would order everything again, though I want to try all of Papa Chuy's baked goods now.
