Ordered stuffed crust and no cheese came in the crust. Also paid extra and ordered jalapeno, black olive and mushroom added to my pepperoni pizza and it was covered in jalapeno with barely any black olives and even less mushrooms. Very disappointed for my first time eating Papa John

I'm very disappointed in papa John's! I ordered The Works Pizza and Super Hawaiian Pizza and the two The Works Pizza were UNDERCOOKED and had raw dough. That was sickening...if I wanted a raw pizza I would've ordered one from Papa MURPHYS and baked it myself! The only reason I gave this 2 stars was for the Super Hawaiian Pizza which was cooked and the delivery was nice. Very disappointed in papa John's.

I get the same order from this location every week, pretty consistently. And this pizza today is awful. Undercooked, soggy with too much sauce. Falling apart. Poorly done. It doesn't even LOOK like Papa John's. It looks like Temu pizza. For $41 for one large ESC Pepperoni Pizza and a 2L of Pepsi Zero Sugar I'm pretty let down. Won't even be finishing it. Definitely turned off to the experience.

Ordered a works pizza well done. It came to me with a nice outer edge crust but the rest was basically dough that didn't rise with warm sauce and toppings on it. The Pepsi was perfect to order and the pizza was ready and here super fast that's why I'm not going 1 star but I think the fast delivery time is what resulted in a pizza only a third of the way baked.
