usually everything is perfect, but today I received garlic knots that were just bread... no garlic no butter... just bread knotted up. the pizzas were fantastic, and the guy who answered the phone was quite helpful. door dash only credited $5 and garlic Garlic Knots are $7 so that's annoying but whatever I guess.

OREO® Cookie Papa Bites and Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites were bland, and the size of large marbles. Not a good value.

Some edges of the cheese sticks were burned.They were greasy compared to other orders as recently as last night. We expect better of them. They also were not cut very well and tore trying to take them apart.

there was no tamper proof tape on the pizza box!!!!!!! the pizzas we ordered straight from Papa John's have tamper tape. strange.
