Wonderful it's really good pretty cheap pizza and you get a ton of breadsticks

Crust was totally uneven. It was like I ordered a thin crust on one half then thick on the other. Problem is the thin crust was totally burnt and crisp and inedible. Toppings were also pretty light. Ordered a meat pizza plus chicken and it was not worth the price of 6 toppings

I order from this particular Papa Johns all the time but this time the size of the pizza was way smaller than usual. I called and spoke with a young man named Tae and he told me to bring the order back and he would fix it. So when I got there he immediately assisted me with getting the order fixed. In the process another guy decided to intervene and tell me that all the stuffed crust pizzas come in one size. I explained to him that I order this pizza all the time so I know that this pizza is smaller than usual. He explained to me how he's been working there for 8 years and he knows that they only come in one size. He never even actually looked at the pizza, but I guess he was assuming that because the box was large that the pizza was the correct size, but it wasn't. With all that being said the second guy that I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to fix my order. I had to waste a trip to Papa Johns when I had already paid to have it delivered through doordash and he didn't take any of that into consideration. The first young man did try to help and he should be commended for his professionalism. I usually receive great service from Papa Johns so I was extremely disappointed.

the Oreo dessert was a tad over done which made them really hard...but icing makes everything better so I'm not complaining much and would get them again. the bites were nummylicious and cooked right...
