We called to ask for custom instructions, they said they would do them and didn't. Very disappointing. The pizza quality has gone done considerably since the first time I tried Papa Johns. The toppings were meager and the sauce was non-existent. Won't have this chain pizza again.

I asked for extra sauce, extra cheese, I also asked to add a blend of 3 cheeses, plus parmesan, I paid a lot for the extras and they delivered the same cheese lover pizza without the extras. It's dry! Where's the extra sauce?

Papa johns put NOTHING on for toppings any more!!! Last 3 orders have been a waste of hard earned money. Just pizza dough with a thin spreading of sauce. What a waste and tasted like crap!!! Im NEVER wasting my money at papa johns again!!!!!
