The soda was expired. Both pizzas had many large dough bubbles and I imagine it wasn't docked appropriately. Due to bubbling, many areas didn't have sauce/toppings. The crust was bland and overly chewy. We used to really enjoy their pizza and would order often when we lived nearby. We likely won't order again.

1st time in long time since I've had their pizza. Your pizza was awful, so much cheese some hadn't even melted. The dough sure didnt seem like "fresh never frozen." I can't tell the difference between this and a pizza from speedway.

Papa Johbs usually has consistently delicious pizza. I ordered two medium cheese pizzas and the crust was dry, the cheese on one was not melted. Very disappointing.

my food was overcooked. it barely had any meat on it. and only 3 peppers.
