Ordered the regular philly. order arrived on time. the Philly was amazing, loads of cheese mixed with the beef. probably the best philly I've had in the area!

I ordered the Buffalo tender sub and a side of the chipotle sauce. When it arrived I had ketchup in place of my chipotle mayo sauce which was like 2 dollars extra. When I opened the sandwhich there was 2 chicken strips, no buffalo sauce, and half a slice of cheese in the middle. One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in my life and I'm never coming back.

what is this? no sauce? dry meat with basically no cheese? also came in an ihop bag?

Loaded Cheesesteak Fries were very salty and it felt like an underwhelming portion size considering the price. There was no cheese sauce as advertised, just melted cheese. Having worked in service I feel like this is probably more of a corporate kind of issue with what the team is trained to prepare, and I don't blame anybody in the preparation of my meal for its flaws. This is a design issue that needs to be addressed for the success of Pardon My Cheesesteak and IHOP overall. We want you to succeed. Take a look at Chili's platform, I beg of you.

The Cheesesteak sandwich was soggy bread. The fries were on the smaller size. It wasn't bad, but I won't order from here again.
