The Loaded Cheesesteak Fries are not loaded. I had 1 small piece of meat and hardly any peppers or onions. Very small portions for the price.

First time ordering. Sandwhich was good, nothing outstanding but good. The fries port was very small especially considering the price. And my extra cheese sauce was not included .

It was dry took up to an hour to deliver half the cheese wasn’t melted I got a sandwich and loaded fries and they were both mediocre for a store that specializes in cheesesteak this was wildly disappointing.

We really enjoy the sandwich. Everytime we order though they forget something. If there is the option to customize your meal then I feel like it should be customized. Sadly wont be ordering again
