My order was stolen by drivers twice. Pasta Prego went to the effort of calling me to apologise and offered me options. When my food eventually arrived, they had also included a little dessert. What happened wasn't their fault and also put them out of pocket, but they looked after me and I am so grateful! Food was delicious, as always! Thank you x

The Alla Panna wasn't bad but it was a bit bland. The pesto Pesto Alla Genovese was reasonably nice. The Cheesy Garlic Bread was terrible. It was undercooked and bland. The three slices were also stuck together.

I'm really disappointed..you can not justify charging 20.00 for a pasta with barely any chicken or broccoli. There were minuscule amounts and the pasta is not even fresh

Great quality of food but the quantities are terrible.
The regular and large are both 1 sitting feeds, may as well go regular.
Getting extras isn't worth it, extra extra is the same as getting extra and extra is buggerall.
I can appreciate they pack the container as full as they can with pasta but I think they need to make the large actually large

Paid $5 for burrata which didn't come. The pasta serve was generous but bland without something on top. The garlic bread was noticeably stale and average (it's hard to mess up butter and bread!)
