Pastis never disappoints. The Chicken Paillard is the best version of this salad that I've ever had ( I have had many versions in different NYC restaurants). The seasoning and the dressing are game changing.
The chicken is pounded perfectly thin but manages to be very juicy and tender. It is lean, healthy and satisfying!

The patties were burnt, cold and salty and tasted terrible. Balthazar has much better hamburgers plus they are less expensive, warm, and include a substantial piece of red onion, tomato and lettuce. Pastis is a rip off!

Pastis has the best burger in nyc. We love the service when we go there. They accomodate our requests. A huge fan of this establishment. Highly recommend!!!
