chicken was sooo flavorful and delicious and creamy garlic sauce was bomb. fries had a good amount of salt AND my food was hot when I received it. very good portion of chicken tenders as well!

Food was amazing! Fries were crispy, Mac and cheese was very saucy and fresh! All food was HOT when it arrived. There was plenty of chicken (even have the rest in the fridge). I did not get a seasonal cookie, which is okay I think they already sold out.
Definitely would order!

first time ordering from PDQ. The Chicken is delicious! This is the first time I can say more meat than salad. I love it. I just don't care for the hummus and wish the feta wasn't on top of it. The salad is fresh. Nice and crispy. I wish I had chose another dressing to go with the PDQ sauce. Its great with the chicken, too thick for the salad.

I've ordered a few times from here and the food is always great quality. The honey butter chicken tenders hit like no body's business and the Mac and cheese is some of the best I've had from a fast food place. Definitely recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience practically begged for one. I’ve had better sandwiches at gas stations. Honestly, this was the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had — and I wish that was an exaggeration.
Let’s start with the chicken. Or should I say attempt at chicken? It was dry, stringy, and weirdly chewy, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. There was no crunch, no seasoning, no juiciness — just a sad, beige slab of disappointment. It tasted like regret and freezer burn.
The bun was stale. Not “a little dry,” I mean stale. Hard edges, crumbling texture, and a weird aftertaste like it had absorbed every odor from the back of a walk-in freezer. I actually took it apart just to eat the chicken by itself — and I regret that decision too.
Now, the toppings. If there was supposed to be sauce, it was applied with the subtlety of a broken ketchup packet. I think they waved a bottle over it and called it a day. The lettuce was wilted and browning around the edges. The tomato slice looked like it had been rejected from a salad bar and then stepped on.
Even the packaging was sad. Greasy, crushed, and half-open like it had given up on life — much like I did by the third bite.
I don’t know what’s going on at this PDQ location, but this sandwich felt like a personal attack. It didn’t just ruin my lunch — it ruined my day. And honestly, it’s made me question if I’ve just been too lenient with bad food in the past.
Save yourself. Go literally anywhere else for a chicken sandwich. You’d have a better experience microwaving frozen nuggets and slapping them between two slices of white bread.
