It was a very unsatisfactory meal. Fresh-Cut Fries were soggy, perhaps giving credence to the opinion that fries need to be eaten right out of the fryer rather than a trip across town. Grilled Reuben My expectations for this sandwich were low, having enjoyed Reubens at places like Katz and Carnegie delis in New York City, where the ingredients, especially the corned beef was piled so high you had difficulty opening your mouth wide enough for a bite. Not so with this Reuben. I was able to find bits of corned beef hidden among the saurkraut. How long will people tolerate being shown photos of sandwiches piled high with ingredients only to be served some anemic version of the advertised product? I rather doubt that the business would accept a smaller version of currency. Why, then, must we accept a scaled down version of the product that they advertised while being required to pay the full price? It's about time we pointed to their photos and demanded a sandwich like the one advertised.

This sandwich was so very greasy.
But with the first bite I was hooked.
The more I ate the more I realized that there was a lot of grease on the bread and not so much in the sandwich.
This sandwich was a great taste and experience.
Glad I bought the large
Lots of meat and cheese, great overall flavor.
Definitely would order it again

Top tier spot for a great sandwich. Easily the best hot sub place around, staff is always great there-- if you're ordering for pickup or dine in.

They folded the Cheesebread so it was just a cheese sandwich; couldn't peel the pieces apart. Complete waste. A "large" sandwich is now much smaller than it use to be or they gave me the wrong size Grilled Artichoke.
