This Chocolate Croissant is unlike anything I've ever experienced - it is most definitely NOT a pain au chocolate, nor like the photo, it is basically a laminated chocolate loaf, stuffed with two batons of very dark chocolate, AND filled with intense, dark chocolate pudding. Truly one of the most chocolately things I've ever experienced. And, massive!
Banana Cream Pie was another stunner - flaky pastry style crust very different from a standard pie crust, and just pretty perfect pastry cream inside.
