Second time getting our pretzels from this particular store... I do not know what they do differently but their pretzels are not good!! Seems like subpar ingredients being used

The regular pretzels are hard as a rock & break like they were from yesterday. What store is this so I know for next time?

The cinnamon shaker pretzels were inedible;hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. I spit them out .
