The cardboard package my order arrived in was awesome! I got a small Chamomile (hot, sweet & creamy) and it was delicious, though I think I will try it Philz way next time (medium sweet & creamy), or at least reduce the sweetness even if I keep the same level of cream. I usually love the Green Chile Burrito, but about half of it was very dry and seemed like it had been overheated or perhaps was old. It was heated in its paper wrapper, and it arrived with brown burn/heat marks all over it. Also, since there’s no place to leave notes on orders, I would love to see a way to order half-caf drinks next time, or even a way to request that decaf coffee be used for a drink like the mint mojito, etc. That would improve the online ordering experience.

The coffee is flavorful and has a lot of depth (I got Philtered Soul). The breakfast burrito was very disappointing. Small and hard and dry.

Coffee was amazing and will definitely order again but my friend and I were disappointed by the tiny $8 burritos

Idk what they made but it was not the Philtered soul. It tastes like burnt coffee bean with a little milk. I hate Starbucks but even their coffee is better. I was so surprised cause it's usually good!

The Green Chile Burrito was old and parts of the tortilla was super hard and inedible. It must have been left out for days and reheated multiple times. Not worth the money.
