I had the 31. Chicken Phở with Dark Meat (Phở Gà Đen) and it was so delicious. Everything was hot and fresh. The gave a generous amount of meat and the basil was beautiful.

I got the number 13. Phở with Steak (Phở Tái) and 24. Phở with Sliced Brisket (Phở Chin). I will say they gave a very generous portion (of meat/noodles/garnish) compared to other place, so I think it was absolutely worth the price. The brisket was already cooked and the steak came rare so I reheated just enough broth to cook them and it was perfect.

The steak came frozen in a stack. Nobody wants to eat thawing steak. I had to reheat the broth and pour it over the steak and let it sit a couple minutes.
I also asked for extra steak and there was barely any,maybe 8 thin slices? So what's the normal amount they give? 4 tiny thin pieces of steak?
As for the flavor? It was nothing special , ive had better. Waste of $25.

Was craving some 0. Potstickers (Dumplings) and 2. Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls (2) (Gội Cuốn Tôm Thịt)3. Shrimp Spring Rolls (2) (Gỏi Cuốn Tôm) and OMG it was so delicious and fresh the peanut sauce w/spring rolls was good and the dumpling sauce 10/10 recommend

Good spring rolls and the pasteur special is so the best; really good amount of meat, herbs and noodles!
