Pho thin is the BEST pho I have had in Melbourne and I will die on that hill. The city location always has a line miles long even on warm days, and I was SO HAPPY when this location opened in the eastern suburbs. The classic stir fried beef is unbeatable, I have the chicken pho when I'm unwell, the beef ribs pho is tender and falling off the bone and so DECADENT. I can't say enough good things. This was my first time ordering takeaway and it came lovingly packaged - no soup spillage and sides all fresh in their bundles. Thank you Pho Thin for the perfect pho every single time!!

You finish work at 7pm. The wind is howling like a swirling storm outside, it's raining diagonally - but you have a steaming bowl of pho the size of your face to warm you from the inside out. Pho thin hits the spot every time

Good but not Northern style pho.
The noodle is fresh, translucent, smooth on the mouth feel and quick to absorb the flavor.
The broth is mucky, complex and tad heavy smokey. The chicken was soft and juicy, the beef brisket was on point, the raw beef was soft and easy to be cooked. All the elements are there but was let down by the broth to be so so good and excellent.
The shop named after a northern style pho in Hanoi and yet receiving a southern style pho. Not much differences to other phos in Melbourne. Still good but so heavy, don't feel like it for another 6 months.

I ordered, C1. Rare Beef / Phở Tái, the restaurant didn't bother to slice the beef and gave me one large chunk. there was also no bean sprouts or sauces for the noodle soup. very disappointing
