Amazing quality. The beef was wrapped individually to prevent a mess/leaking. Broth was hot and delicious. So many noodles! And the bean sprouts were thick and crunchy.ive ordered this many times. They never ever serve me soggy skinny bean sprouts.

Rare beef is indiviually wrap to prevent a mess/leak. The broth is hot and fantastic! So many noodles and onions!! The bean sprout are always thick and crunchy. Never skinny and soggy

My favourite pho restaurant in Ottawa. Tasty, great ingredients, thick noodles, consistent, friendly and open super late! Can't beat it.

Today, the pho broth is much lesser than yesterday's. Yesterday's pho broth container is large, today's pho broth container is much smaller. Also, the Vietnamese veggie package contains lesser leaves than yesterday. Like yesterday, the chili pepper is not included in the veggie package.
I ordered a large serving of Pho Chin Nam Gan; the soup container should be large and not small. The quality of the beef is better than yesterday's. Today's beef is more juicy compared to yesterday's dry beef. And the meal itself still looks yummy!! Therefore, 4 stars!!
