As much as I enjoy Pizza Hut and have for years, I don't understand why the crust isn't crispy. It used to be, not crazy about the doughy crust. Maybe there is somewhere to ask for it to be cooked more.

My pizza literally tasted like I was eating cardboard. No flavor, dried out just not a quality product at all!
