Good pizza, but when we got it, we had to recut the pizza; it wasn't cut up properly. We were having to rip the pieces apart.

12" medium pan... cheese was solidified to plastic and pizza was ice cold. Not acceptable. People at the 5th Street Pizza Hut were awesome in trying to rectify the problem, but they couldn't.
