Our Create Your Own Pizza was really good tonight. Pizza Hut is pretty consistent but tonight it was made better than most times. Hot, Good amount of cheese & pepperoni that went all the way to the crust. It was also cut properly. Sometimes the Pizzas are cut with no regard of size, like one extra small, one extra big slice. Tonight it was perfect & of course, I didn't take a pic :/

Packaging Sucks! Everything gets wet from steam & Breadsticks are put paper bags & then items placed in a plastic bag & tied on top. Breadsticks lose their structure.
Everything tastes good.
Personal Pan Pizza® is the right portion size for my Mom.

Only 1 mushroom per slice. What did I pay extra for? Gave 3 stars because my Mom's pizza was correct (personal cheese, hard huh?)- otherwise I would've given 1. This PizzaHut location has been the best so far but not today :(

hand tossed pizza had a weird sweet taste to it. both pizzas appeared to be "old" and with barely any toppings. order was made with the "buy one get one free" deal on doordash so im not sure if that affected how the pizzas were made. overall, family was unimpressed.

Pizza was dry and stale! It looked and tasted like it had been reheated... very disappointing!
