This Pizza Hut here is horrible. The place is dirty and the service is bad. The building need to be remodeled. The owner told me he did not own the building and is not his problem. This was two years ago. Have not been back since. To bad because I like Pizza Hut.

Don't get me wrong it was good but my husband cannot eat olives and they just messed up his order and forgot pineapple on mine. Also do they not put those sticker sealers anymore because they have a few months ago?.

This is the worst experience with Pizza Hut I have ever had. Not only did it take 45 minutes to receive my order, but it was also completely wrong when it arrived, and ice cold. The crust was incorrect and it was missing toppings that I paid extra for. No doubt that it was NOT fresh. It looked like it had been sitting there since lunchtime. They were also out of drinks. I do not recommend ordering from the Pecos TX location. Such a disappointment!!! When I pay $40+ dollars for pizza, I expect better. Do yourself a favor and go get a hot and ready from Little Caesars for $6 instead.
