Disappointed the thin crust wasnt done. Still white on the bottom, not crispy at all. Med Ht cheese, cheesesticks and breadsticks were good. Cheesy Bites were ok, a little undercooked on bottom as well, but done enough to eat. We got plenty of sauce on the side!

I ordered off their mobile app. I ordered an extra large pizza and when I opened the box, I saw a 12" pizza. At this point in writing this review, I've been on hold for 30 minutes and I've memorized their hold Advertisement.

EVERYtime I order Chocolate Donut Bites they substitute with a brownie and this is the second time within a week it's happened even when calling ahead to ensure item availability. I would rather them contact the customer to ask what should happen in place of missing items in stock. This is highly unacceptable and the brownies continue to go to waste as I just trash them. Just because I ordered Choco Donut Bites doesn't mean I wanted something else chocolate, the item itself is something you only can get at this restaurant plus I like the doughy consistency with the crunchy outside. They should really get on the DoorDash platform and take the item off for their store if it's constantly unavailable it's a huge inconvenience to customers. The Cinnam Sticks came and were very dry and didn't taste the same as I could remember.. they gave me extra Icing Dip which is fine but it doesn't make up for the quality of horrible tasting food :( I'm looking to never order again from this restaurant as I always seem to have issues with every order.

The pizza was NOT a pan pizza and it was severely overcooked in areas. Took two bites and had to throw it away. First time getting garlic on the pizza and that was a huge mistake, too. I understand Pizza Hut will never be as good as it was when I was a kid but it should still, at least, be edible.
