Order was fast and on time. I order the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt for the first time & it was pretty good. My mom was happy the Triple Choco Brownie was still warm when delivered. Only issue I had with my order was that I wanted a flatbread chicken veggie supreme pizza but it was hand tossed instead . & my pizza was a little soggy.

My Hut Box: Entree & Side was supposed to be TRADITIONAL BBQ WINGS and fries. It arrived with BONELESS WINGS (and I can't even tell what flavor they are). Not only is it the wrong item, there's basically no sauce on them :(
The crust on the Meat Lover's® Pizza is soggy. I don't understand ... Whenever we order from the Elizabethtown location, the crust is always crispy. Whenever we order from the Whiteville location, the crust is spongy / soggy. Why is that???
Considering how much $ this order cost, quite disappointed :(

It took an hour and a half for my food to arrive. The restaurant is 10 minutes away. My dasher got a notification that it was ready, 20 minutes passed and they still hadn't give them the order. I had to call the restaurant for them to finally get my order to my dasher

Pizza was so cheesy! The alfredo was pretty good, I do wish it had more meat.
