Tried the big New Yorker for the first time. The pizza was not cut all the way through and the crust on the bottom was soggy. The pizza had zero flavor. I have not ordered from PH in about 5 years and was hoping the new rollout of this pizza would be good. Also, I ordered bread sticks and they tasted stale.
