The pizza was really good but the wait time is always wayyyy longer than expected. I received notification that my order was ready but got to the store to pick it up and still had to wait an half hour. This wasnt the first time. But on the bright side the food was fresh and good and the staff has great customer service

We ordered a big box meal. All of the food was horribly cooked, and burnt. You could taste the doughy taste. The pizza wasn't done! We throughout $70 plus dollars. I knew we should've ordered from somewhere else. It has been a long time since I've had Pizza Hut and I see why.

the 12" Medium Pizza looked like it was just thrown together, not very tasty. tasted like old bqq sauce and new pineapples? the 8 Breaded Boneless Wings barely had any sauce on them, and they were dry. the Cinnamon Sticks were okay, but weren't really cooked all the way. they were kinda doughy.
