first of all the food was cold. the pizza didn't taste good. the bacon cheese sticks were as small as hot dog weiners, not exaggerating. the cup of Marinara Dip was 1.25 for about 2 packs of ketchup worth. Pizza hut has Lost its luster. they aren't even close to being as good as they were when they sold beer by the pitcher. they need help in upper management to bring things back like they used to be.

I was so disappointed in this order. We have been ordering from this location for years and theres only been one time where an order was incorrect before today. Today, weordered the same Big Box meal with pasta we do once a month, and it was DRASTICALLY disappointed. The pizzas were noticably smaller (see photos- it came in 3 medium pizza boxes insteadof the thpicalbox, but what was concerning was the SIGNIFICANTLY smaller size of the two pizzas and the chessbread sticks. The "family size" pizzas only took up half of a medium pizza box each. There was virtually NO cheese and sauce on the cheese pizza that I paid extra to have extra cheese on. The covered area with cheese didnt cover even 1/3 of each slice of pizza, so on an already significantly smaller pizza, only 1/4 of its entirity had any topping on it at all. Our family of 4 did not have enough food in this order to even feel it was a full meal. We have never been so disappointed in a take out delivery in our lives and it's sad because we are monthly (at the minimum) order returning customers arthis location who may not return if this is not made right. Our driver was perfect, and delivery was quick and perfectly done. Please make this right Pizza Hut because we lookforward to our monthly pizza night and this was unfortunately disappointing on so many levels.

so i ordered one of your melt hut boxes with bbq boneless wings and you gave me a small personal pizza instead with wings that have barely any sauce on them. the melt box cost 2 dollars more than the personal pizza box so i will be asking for some form of refund.

Did a door dash order! Didnt send the dipping sauce for the bread sticks and bread sticks were hard! Also should have been 12 boneless wings only recently 8. When I called the store they said they cohelp help me since it was done through door dash!
