• 17/10/25I'm giving this 4 stars because I can't give 3.5 or 3.75 stars. This location has the potential to be 5 stars if it would just correct 3 issues: 1) There's never enough tomato/ marinara sauce on the pizza. I often can't even see it. I'm not someone who likes to have a lot of sauce. I just want a normal amount of sauce, and there's no way to fix this problem because you cannot leave any comments, nor is there the option to choose if you want light sauce, more sauce, etc. I've tried ordering a side marinara dip, but it really isn't the same thing. Adding it after the fact causes a strong taste of marinara sauce that overpowers the taste of the pizza without correcting the dryness issue. Second, when this location first opened, there were enough toppings on most pizzas. However, within just a few months, this started changing. I've ordered double cheese and double pepperoni and not had any cheese nor pepperoni on 1/3 of my pizza before. I always order double and sometimes feel that it isn't even the equivalent of a regular amount of toppings. For example, only 1/4 of my slice had any pepperoni on it. I feel like toppings are so important for a good slice of pizza, right? Third, it seems to depend on who's working. Some employees are making a bigger effort to get it right, whereas others may not be paying close enough attention to the order or perhaps choosing efficiency over quality. Some positives: The bolognaise pasta has greatly improved because they've been adding more tomato and meat sauce lately. Also, the cheese breadsticks are usually better than other locations.

• 28/10/24better, they weren't exploded still no bag that I pay for and dip was in with the food which defeats the hands free rule. For $36 dollars for 2 mozzarella sticks I expect the store to do things properly. if you order here the 3pm staff is much better than other shifts

• 20/5/25out of 18 mozzarella sticks 8 of them had no cheese in them at all they had exploded and stuck together from being over cooked or to many in the fryer. this cost $35.00 delivered cold. I'll never use pizza hut again. I kept giving them chance after chance but thus store just doesn't care

• 14/8/25mozzarella sticks were exploded again with little cheese left inside, dip container was on with food after being picked up by staff, and even though Ipay for a bag,want a bag I never seem to get one. not happy at all
