Pizza not cooked completely, buffalo sauce all over the box making pizza inedible!!!
Did not use mild buffalo, it's medium, too hot for me! I order this frequently and sauce usually spills over, but not to this extent

Pizza was burnt and the French fries looked like they were sitting in a fryer overnight or fried multiple times

Spent 123.00 at the Brownsville Pizza Hut and it came burnt.... talked to manager they said to get a picture.... mind you I live 15 minutes away....I got a picture and took it up to the restaurant.... they agreed should not of had a ring of darkness. Then they talked to the Multi manager Rachel who then told me I had to bring the Pizza in before they can refund the money.... I only wanted the money back for the pizza nothing else..... terrible food, terrible service, horrible managers who don't understand customer service....

My breadsticks wasn't even in stick form. Just a slab of bread. Not too happy with that.
