Waited an hour for my order (one pizza and garlic bread) and when it arrived it was cold. The pizza clearly isn't made fresh so I'm not sure why it takes so long to "prepare". The pizza was stale and felt like chewing on cardboard. Overpriced compared to most pizza places.

the brownie was burnt, it was sort of yummy but the burnt flavour was really strong, the Cookie: Made With NUTELLA barely had any nutella and was not like the picture, the cookie was flat and there was basically nothing

I ordered veggie sensation and jalapeño bites. The food was delivered fresh and hot with sustainable packaging. Will surely order more.

I waited well over an hour for my very simple order, and my second dasher waited over 30 minutes at the store.
Pizza was slightly overcooked.
