• 19/7/23This place is the best pizza ive had in PGH. Moved here from Seattle and tried a lot of places here. The sauce and cook of Parma is def the best. It is pricey, but not really more than other local stores. Staff is always super friendly, quick deliveries, and they often thank me for the tip. Just got a Hawaiian Pizza last night for the first time and it was the best ive had anywhere. Reg pepperoni is good too; they leave the pizzas in the oven long enough to crisp the toppings, but it's never over cooked.

• 4/7/26Italian Hoagie had no dressing, no cheese and burnt. Luckily my employee ate it cause they were starving but it was horrible. Will be calling so I can get my money back. NOT WORTH $17.99 whatsoever, maybe $3.99

• 2/1/24This food is horrible the Crab Rangoon was burnt my Buffalo Chicken Hoagie did have buffalo sauce on them this meal came to 54$ this is crazy

• 16/6/26Was soooo disappointed in my order today. Burnt, barely any cheese and sauce was too sweet. Piza Parma is my go to for pizza so i was very unsat after craving it all morning

• 23/4/26Ordered 3 large pizzas on DoorDash. 1 plain, two 2-topping. Cost me $125 with $10 tip. Absolutely horrible. Cheap ingredients, poor quality, poor taste. Tasted like $10 pizza from Chuck E Cheese. I see some people say this is their favorite pizza place and I just can't imagine how that's even possible. I'm not from Pittsburgh and there's a place here that makes worse pizza than this place Id be amazed
