I ordered the plant based chicken fingers and I got small piece's of fried hard plantain. Never again order frima different Vegan spot

One of the Steak over rice was missing. I ordered 2 boxes and recieved only 1 box of the steak. Total 3 boxes ordered, recieved only 2. This is the second time this is happening. I would like a refund and compensation for the delivery fee as well.

Picked up some vegan sandwiches here before the Yankees game since they've done away with any substantial vegan food within the stadium this year.
- Did we get the items we actually ordered? No.
- Was it tasty? One of the two sandwiches was decent.
- Was it vegan? Thankfully, yes!
