This is my favorite local acai bowl place, but unfortunately this time the acai base and the fruit toppings all had some tingling going on, which means fermentation had started. Not necessarily indicating that it's dangerous, but shows that it could harbor something dangerous.

I can't believe I almost forgot to write a review! This was by far the best Pura Vida- Acai Bowl (or any bowl) I've ever had from here. I never have any issues with my orders from here or anything but this one was clearly made and packed with care. Normally I have to pull out all the blueberries and pull stems off of them and everything isbhalf frozen with not very much of each topping. But this one, it was labled and the fruit was organized and I didn't have to pull any stems off of my blueberries and it wasn't half frozen. Both of our bowls were PERFECT! Thanks! (I regret not taking pictures)

The #4 Oatmeal Bowl- (Maple Syrup & Brown Sugar) was terrific. For $14, I'd expect the container to be full! Not worth the price....

I love visiting Playa Bowls, it's one of my favorites but WOW prices are insane via DoorDash. A 20 oz smoothie in shop is $8.99 - but it's almost $12.00 on this app. Buy directly from the shop if you can!

I love this store and they have the best smoothie bowls but doordash is upcharging a LOT. buy directly from the business. Why are you charging $20 for a smoothie bowl that's $13???? jesus.
