WOW! I simply thought we were trying a new pizza shop but no! Please Louise is not just another pizza shop. They are the real deal. Fresh, top quality ingredients with the skill to use them abound here! The Caesar salad hit spots my taste buds hadn't seen for some time. I don't know which was better the dressing or the croutons (which they should offer as a menu item) or the perfect amount of quality cheese.
We also got the Margherita pizza which was perfect! The crust was the perfect thickness and doneness with an amazing chew. The mozzarella balanced perfectly with the basil and the amount of sauce. And the sauce... had a rich, deep flavor but was somehow also fresh and light!
We cannot wait for our next order! I am so glad we found you!!! And you are in our neighborhood!

This is literally the best Caesar Salad on the planet- hands down. Those capers can change your life. I promise. I prefer to go to the shop, but didn't have time today, so, I missed the staff (love you guys!)

The House Focaccia Bread w/ Roast Garlic Butter is perfect. A great, shareable portion and the roasted garlic butter is an excellent flavor addition. The balance of spices, oil, and salt really makes this appetizer shine.

Great serving size for the Burrata and focaccia and special instructions for leaving out certain ingredients were followed perfectly. Delicious!

After calling the restaurant directly, they were quick to identify our order was suppose to have a cheeseless pizza and the driver was unwilling to return to the business to deliver the missing item. They were very kind and covered the cost of the pizza. Generally we have had good experiences at Please Louise in-person. this was our first Doordash experience. The issue seems to be in communication between DD and the business if there is a special request. Please Louise is a wonderful local restaurant and we were ultimately very happy with the outcome.
