I've been going to this place for lunch for almost a year, but they lost me today for the following reasons.
They took their "max bowl" out of the menu. Ok, I'd go with another choice, but they also reduced around 1/3 of the bowl size - as in the size of the bowl. Yet, the price is only around $2 less. Along with this, the portion gets smaller too. Originally, they'd give a decent size of grilled salmon, for example, but for now, it's half of the size before.
I hope my review will help you understand what's going on in this restaurant. I would never order from this restaurant again until they change the size back.

the Bogo burritos were great Create Your Own Poke Burrito however I feel like they were skimpy on the To the Max Poke Bowl were theres supposed to be 3 proteins. I felt like I was digging through the toppings to get to the proteins and couldn't get anything. maybe because there were 3 dishes to be made?

Paid for a plenty bowl but only got tuna (no spicy salmon) and paid extra for avacado and had no avacado! Ordered with heavy sauce and there is no heavy sauce and no masago. Very disappointed with the portion of what i paid for.

Both boxes were open and falling out into the bag when I opened the bag. The fish was so bland, no taste whatsoever.
