I received under a half bowl for what I ordered at the price I paid. Rice was clumpy and I didn't receive my extra protein.

I always order on the menu to make my own bowl. Ordered the Chansu chicken only with my made to order bowl & was not satisfied with the fact that I received just boiled looking chicken. Actually ordered extra chicken. I will not request the Olive Branch location again. I always go to the Southaven location its spot on better. SORRY!

The Beer Battered Fries were surprising good, I don't know why but the bowls this time were VERY EXCELLENT! Good job guys and thank you!

Cappuccino Milk Tea is inconsistent, sometimes the coffee taste is just right, this time, just tastes like milk. Also, I'm always missing a topping even though I paid for it.
Jasmine Milk Tea states no ice but store added ice =.=.
