Best tacos, hands down! Food is always fresh to order & the salsa verde is a must with anything on the menu.

My order arrived as designated. Food was made to order. I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla and loaded baked potato topped with carne asada, which is my fave. Both were enough to share with a second person. I'd recommend Pollo Regio over other fast food options.

The tacos were not worth the price. very small. even taco bell has larger tacos and you get 12 for 14.95. the tortillas looked and tasted like they were from a pack not home made. the restaurant seems to be a tourist trap for those visiting the Fort Worth area. I won't buy food from the regal chicken ( pollo regio) anymore

I bought the half grilled chicken for my mom for her birthday lunch (we order here almost once a month) and unfortunately the order wasn't as fresh as it normally is. She said the chicken and rice were dry and she received a small piece of onion. :(

Things are usually better here bit this time the Grilled Chicken 4 PC was unusually dry, onion was on the tough side. This is not normal, the food has always been great but there's a first time for everythin. I do not llike the boxes either
