I always eat here. My half chicken meal was so dry, it was inedible. The chicken Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl was good, but had only three small pieces of chicken in it.

Food was old as if food been sitting already. All meat was dry got cheated out of my steak due to them adding the plantains underneath to make it seem like it was enough steak

They forgot my soda, all of my sauces. Also, the chicken Cesar wrap wasn't pressed. I haven't ordered from here in a while bc they usually mess up the order, but gave it a shot bc when done right, it's the best. I ordered fries, which I don't normally do, and they were actually superb.

I like Pollo Tropical. It never disappoints, comes warm and nicely packaged and a nice ceasar salad.
I stick with simple foods and like them a lot
