The Kids Grilled Chicken Breast Strips was ok. It was chicken breast cut up in 4 or 5 chicken strips. The brown rice was awful. I kept thinking I was supposed to get another side. I forgot to take pic of the chicken.

The whole chicken was pieces of different chicken put together, and the two quarters looked like they were wingetts instead of actual quarters on the picture, and they were dry. Also, the buns were a little hard.
But the rice, beans, and corn were delicious as usual. I will give them another chance if I get the same results I will not buy from them again.

It tasted amazing it was fresh and great portions the potato slices were hot and cooked to perfection and I would 100% definitely order again

I ordered a whole chicken. I received a half of a chicken that was totally overcooked and dry as a bone. the meat was hard to chew. This has happened to me twice. When it comes to ordering takeout/delivery , Pollo Tropical seems to intentionally deliver scrawny, overcooked chicken horrible tasting small chickens.
